Assoc. Dr. Ali DURMUŞ was born in Gaziantep İslahiye’s Fevzipaşa sub-district. Since his father was a civil servant, he finished primary school in Adıyaman and Malatya, a secondary school in Amasya, and a high school education in Kilis. After his high school education, he completed his undergraduate education in Çanakkale Education Institute and graduated as a teacher. In the same year, after teaching in Ağrı for a term, he retook the exam and won the Faculty of Medicine of Erciyes University, and started his medical education.
We have worked at Iskenderun State Hospital within the scope of his mandatory service obligation, Assoc. Dr. Ali DURMUŞ specialized in Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital and became a General Surgery Specialist.
He was also responsible for the compulsory service after specialization in the Oncology department at Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital. Between 2002 and 2015, he trained as a surgical assistant in general surgery and helped them become specialists.
He started to work at Nişantaşı University in 2015 as Assistant Professor. Since 2017, he has been working as Assoc.
