HayatMed’s patient pathway is managed by our in-house patient support team and clinical team. Patient coordinators support communication, collect relevant information for medical review, and coordinate consultations, follow-ups, and next steps. Patient coordinators do not diagnose, prescribe, or make clinical decisions. Personalized medical guidance, candidacy decisions, and treatment decisions are provided by our licensed doctors and clinical team.
4) Clinical Review, Consultations, and Estimates
To help our doctors assess your case, we may request information such as your goals, medical history, medications, allergies, prior surgeries, and photographs (where appropriate). Any information shared before consultation is preliminary and based on the details available at that time. Final candidacy, technique, and medical decisions are confirmed by a licensed clinician during consultation and may require examinations or tests. Any estimate or quotation is case-dependent and may change after clinical assessment.
5) Post-Procedure Support and Follow-Up

If you receive treatment at HayatMed and experience a recovery concern, we provide appropriate clinical follow-up based on medical need. Outcomes and recovery timelines vary between individuals, and no clinic can ethically promise a specific result for every case.
